We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Finance and Office Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing both financial and office operations within a service provider in the healthcare sector, based in Tralee, County Kerry.
This part-time role, working 24 hours per week, will be split evenly between finance and office management duties. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing budgets, monitoring income and expenditure, and preparing financial reports
* Overseeing debtors, liaising with auditors and funders, and supporting payroll functions
* Coordinating day-to-day office operations and administration
* Maintaining internal policies and procedures
* Managing supplier accounts and ensuring value for money
* Supporting the Board and management with meeting materials and minutes
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification in accounting or a related field
* Experience in financial management and office leadership
* Strong analytical, reporting, organisational, communication, and IT skills
