The Dunraven Arms Hotel are currently recruiting experienced Chefs de Partie to work with our experienced team of chefs. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience working alongside and supporting the Sous and Head Chef. You will create and cook dishes to the highest standards for the fine dining Maigue Restaurant, The Hunters Bar and a very successful banqueting department.
Responsibilities
* Create and cook dishes to the highest standards for Maigue Restaurant, The Hunters Bar and the banqueting department.
* Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and HACCP compliance.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience
* Excellent knowledge of hygiene and HACCP
* Flexibility
* Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Proven team worker
* Ambitious, hard working
