Key Responsibilities
* Design and drive customer-centric solutions that align with the Bank's strategic goals and enterprise architecture.
* Collaborate across technology and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative customer banking solutions.
Deliverables
1. Contribute to strategy definition and the development of roadmaps and reference architectures for Customer capabilities.
2. Support project colleagues with Enterprise technology landscape knowledge of customer capabilities.
3. Direct and guide change programmes in their design of changes for customer solutions.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with experience in developing enterprise architectures in support of customer capabilities and a proven understanding and practicable experience in architecting for:
* SVOC (Single View of Customer)
* Customer Identity and Access Management
* Digital Customer Experiences
* Customer Acquisition & Onboarding
* Customer Relationship Management
* Customer Offboarding
Additional Requirements
You will also need to have knowledge of GDPR and other relevant regulatory requirements within Ireland, UK, and EU, as well as a proven track record for designing enterprise-level solutions.
