You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences by offering a warm welcome, managing guest requests with professionalism and efficiency, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and professionally on arrival and throughout their stayManage all check-in and check-out processes using our property management systemAnswer telephone and email inquiries promptly and politelyProvide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and servicesHandle guest requests, complaints, or issues with discretion and a solutions-driven approachCoordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfactionProcess payments and manage daily cash and credit card transactionsMaintain a neat and organised front desk environmentUphold all health, safety, and security protocolsDeliver service in line with The Wilders brand standards and valuesCarry out Duty Management Shifts as requiredSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a front-of-house role, ideally in a boutique or luxury hotelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest serviceStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems (experience with Opera, HotSoft or similar preferred)Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantageFlexibility to work various shifts, mainly evenings, weekends, and public holidaysSkillsHotel reception Making Reservations Room Management Hotel service Guest Assistance
