Marketing Campaign CoordinationDevelop promotional materials including brochures, flyers, and local print advertsOrganise events, trade shows, and product launchesAssist in coordinating media and press visits2. Sales SupportManage larger private dining requests and prepare function sheets for the operations teamCoordinate smaller internal and external meetings and events, working closely with the operational teamRespond to phone and email inquiries in a professional and pleasant mannerServe as the main point of contact for clientsRecord, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutesCommunicate with clients regarding leads, hotel requirements, and travelMonitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communicationsCoordinate arrangements with vendors related to sales activitiesEnsure all documents produced by the Sales Department are accurate and timelyAssist in lead generation and qualificationPrepare sales presentations, proposals, and support materialsMaintain CRM systems to ensure accurate data tracking and insightsProvide general administrative support to the sales teamPromote brand image both internally and externallyOther duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing or management team3.
