Job Title




About the Role

We are seeking a Business System Director to promote and facilitate the successful implementation of our business system across Europe plants.


Main Responsibilities:

* Promote synergy from cross-functional teams and handle conflicts.
* Deliver sustainable results by leveraging business system tools, mentoring, and change management processes.
* Lead the adoption and practices of business system fundamentals throughout Europe plants in all functions.
* Plan cost-saving projects and sustain kaizen results according to top-down objectives.
* Provide formal and informal training and coaching at Gemba sites.


Key Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience as an SME in biopharmaceutical operations.
* Ability to promote business process improvements and deliver tangible results.
* Strong technical skills necessary to be credible with peers and managers.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.


Suitable Skills:

* 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain management.
