Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing sales team in the heating and plumbing sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to both trade and retail customers at the counter, advising customers on products, pricing, and availability, handling transactions, returns, and customer queries professionally, and keeping the trade counter and shop floor well presented and stocked.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar trade counter or plumbing environment, be friendly, proactive, and professional in dealing with customers, have good IT and communication skills, be willing to be flexible and assist with general branch operations, reliable, and punctual with strong attention to detail.
