Job Description Job Title: Solution Architect (Senior) Location: Dublin, D02 (Hybrid Working Model), on occasions, travel to client offices in Galway, Tullamore and Killarney or to client sites will be required.
Contract / Permanent : 12 Months with further Extension Start date: 1 st April **** Experience Level Required: · It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed for this role has the equivalent of senior level experience (i.e. has 7 years' experience) in this role.
No other experience levels will be accepted · It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed hold all the following qualifications or equivalents : 3rd level Technical Degree from a recognised institution demonstrating training in Oracle / SAP / JD Edwards / Agresso/ Lawson /SAGE, or equivalent.
· English language proficiency (spoken and written) must be at C2 level (Mastery/Proficiency) or equivalent.

Programme Deliverables:
1. Provide architectural oversight leadership and technical guidance to the FMSS throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from strategy development to solution implementation.
2. Oversee and support the end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with clients' business requirements and best practices.
3. Work with the FMSS team and external advisers to analyse clients' business requirements and develop and implement appropriate best practice solutions that meet industry and Irish Civil Service standards.
4. Actively contributing to the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and reviewing of resulting Functional Designs (FDs), for same.
5. Working with, and providing subject matter expertise to, both FMSS technical team, clients and System Implementation partner on both system configurations (AP322), including inventory, and custom developments (i.e. Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows);
6. Playing an active and expert role in the data migration, data conversion and data reconciliation process of client data by advising clients on what data to extract from their legacy system, ensuring that it is provided in the format/structure required for import into Oracle and working with clients to ensure their data is loaded correctly
7. Support the delivery of User Acceptance Testing and End User Testing.
Operations Deliverables:
1. Provide hands-on support and guidance to the operations teams in analysing issues and determining appropriate solutions
2. Partner with teams across business functions to drive organisational efficiency
3. Identify and develop new project opportunities, building long-lasting, trusted client relationships.

Question 1: Demonstrate experience on at least 2 previous projects/contracts (at least one being in a finance shared service), of where the Resource has performed the role of a Solution Architect on a large-scale complex Oracle eBusiness implementation with the following deliverables.
1. Providing solution architectural oversight leadership
2. Collaborating with System Implementer and other internal and external technical stakeholders
3. Assessing client requirements and designing / implementing appropriate solutions
4. Providing functional subject matter knowledge/expertise for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflow functional design
5. Supporting client in Data Migration, Conversion and Reconciliation activities
6. Provision of End User Training
7. Techno Functional with PL/SQL, Oracle forms, oracle reports, workflow builder, OAF page development Question 2: Demonstrate experience in 2 previous projects/contracts, which clearly identify that the resource has practical experience of other Oracle EBS Functional modules ideally: Purchasing, Inventory Management (on Release 12), Fixed Assets, Order Management and General Ledger.
Question 3: Demonstrate experience in 2 previous projects/contracts, which clearly identify that the resource has practical experience of delivering a complex Oracle eBusiness implementation programme while simultaneously providing techno functional support to the business and developing solutions for complex business as usual requirements.
