* Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and goals.
* Develop tailored intervention plans to enhance independence, daily living skills, and community participation.
* Utilise evidence-based occupational therapy techniques to address sensory, motor, and cognitive challenges.
* Provide clinical leadership in OT-related matters, ensuring quality and safety in service delivery.
* Offer mentorship and clinical supervision to junior therapists and therapy assistants.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients in reaching their full potential.
Requirements:
* CORU-registered Occupational Therapist.
* A minimum of three years' post-qualification experience for the Senior position, or one year for the Staff Grade position, both with at least one year in adult disability services.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and service users.
* Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is desirable.
* A full driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this community-based role.
