Financial Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator.
* Job Description:
* Assist in the administration of financial records and activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage expenditure by posting invoices, issuing payments, balancing creditor's statements, and preparing end-of-month purchase payment runs.
* Record income, reconcile lodgements with credit card machines, and file transactions in accordance with data protection requirements.
* Generate reports to verify and analyze accounting information.
* Coordinate with departments to issue purchase orders and process expenses for payment.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Third-level qualification in finance or a related field.
* At least two years' experience in a similar finance/accounts role.
* Excellent numeracy, financial acumen, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
* Strong IT and communication skills.
* Solid reporting experience.
