Senior Brand Manager – Nutrition & Food
Location: Dublin (Hybrid working – approx. 2‑3 days per week in our Dublin office)
Salary: €65,000‑€68,000 (depending on experience)
Potential, discretionary annual bonus.
12 flexible days on top of 25 days annual holiday entitlement (pro rata).

Position Summary
Join Nestlé Nutrition & Food as a Senior Brand Manager in our Dublin office. Reporting to the Country Category Manager, you will lead our annual brand plans and ensure flawless execution across the full channel mix.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the annual brand plan for the market – lead strategic development and localisation of brand plans, including setting objectives, managing budgets and phasing, and executing marketing activities aligned with UK and local market ambitions.
Manage the brand portfolio – oversee brand health evaluations, develop strategies to achieve market share growth, and contribute to the Monthly Business Process.
Set integrated communications plans – define the communications strategy across the portfolio, collaborating with agencies, UK marketing, and medical & regulatory teams.
Develop and execute local assets – create and deliver assets for local platforms and ensure effective execution of digital content across local channels.
Drive integrated channel strategy – develop and execute clear, consistent brand strategies across all channels. Partner closely with Sales and Medical teams to build winning commercial propositions and communications.
Turn data into insight – analyse market share, consumer measures, research, Baby Club data, and other insight sources to generate value‑adding insights that drive informed strategic decisions for the brand.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong FMCG marketing experience – ideally as a Senior Brand Manager or high‑performing Brand Manager ready for the next step.
Experience working on Nutrition or healthcare brands; global FMCG brands is highly desirable.
Proven track record of successfully launching a new brand in a complex, mature market.
Experience across NPD, brand strategy, digital and social communication.
P&L and budget management experience.
Experience collaborating with major retailers.
Brand‑building expertise, including campaign briefing and execution.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrix organisation.
Proactivity, enthusiasm, leadership capability, and creative thinking.
