Lead User Experience Designer / Product Designer

The Personal Workspace (PWS) Business Group is Logitech's largest division, delivering computer mice, keyboards, webcams, trackpads, presentation remotes, and emerging categories. The PWS Software UX Design team shapes seamless, design-led experiences powering our software-enabled hardware products for productivity and creativity.
We're building the next generation of software experiences that connect Logitech's hardware and digital ecosystem within Logi Options+. This role focuses on crafting thoughtful, intuitive, and visually refined user experiences that simplify complex technology and empower users.
We are looking for a Lead UX Designer who enjoys solving tricky interaction puzzles and making large, complex applications feel effortless. You are a systems-oriented thinker who balances technical constraints with user needs to create experiences that feel powerful yet easy to use.

4. Design complex software features that turn great hardware into productivity powerhouses through plugin ecosystems and AI-powered experiences within Logi Options+
5. Own visual and interaction design for sophisticated features, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and delightful micro-interactions
6. Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements that solve real user problems
7. Design accessible software products that meet WCAG standards and serve diverse user needs
8. Work within the Logitech Options+ design system to create cohesive, scalable experiences while evolving patterns for new capabilities
9. Collaborate with AI and Software teams to design intuitive AI & Plugin experiences that feel magical yet simple
10. Partner with Software Product Managers, Business Group, Software Engineers, and Data & Insights Teams to ensure alignment and forward momentum
11. Present design work with confidence and clarity to teams and senior leadership, telling compelling stories that explain your design rationale
12. Serve as a strategic design partner and show up as a leader, bringing thoughtful perspectives that elevate discussions and shape product direction
13. Facilitate cross-discipline ideation sessions and maintain alignment across a global team

15. Design Excellence
16. Extensive UX design experience with deep expertise in consumer-facing desktop software applications
17. Strong visual and UI design skills; solid understanding of color, typography, motion, and visual hierarchy
18. Proven ability to solve complex interaction problems and structure large, sophisticated applications that feel intuitive
19. Systems thinking with the ability to build, maintain, and manage complex consumer experiences
20. Experience with design systems and scalable interaction patterns
21. User-centered design methods: research, insights, and design decisions
22. Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design
23. AI & Emerging Technology
24. Experience designing AI-powered features or tools; bonus points for prompt engineering interfaces, conversational UI, or AI workflows
25. Familiarity with modern AI tools and prototyping (e.g., Replit, Figma Make, Lovable) for rapid AI prototyping
26. Comfort with ambiguity and designing for emerging technologies
27. Technical & Tools
28. Advanced proficiency in Figma (workflows, Dev Mode, components) and Adobe Creative Suite
29. Motion design or After Effects experience is a plus
30. Ability to code is a plus to prototype and collaborate with engineers
31. Understanding of software and hardware constraints
32. Communication & Leadership
33. Experience at Lead or Senior designer level within an agency or product organization
34. Outstanding presentation abilities; able to articulate ideas clearly and guide stakeholders
35. Strong communication skills to engage and influence across levels
36. Strategic mindset with the presence to be a trusted design partner while remaining open to diverse perspectives
37. Comfort with constructive dialogue, holding a point of view while finding the best path forward
38. Independent work style, owning large design areas end-to-end and navigating ambiguity
