Your Job
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Moulding Team Lead is responsible for shift operations in alignment with Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost (SQDC) priorities for the Moulding Area on the evening shift.
What You Will Do
1. Proactively address any Safety issues on shift in a timely manner and ensure that all safety related concerns are resolved or escalated immediately to the appropriate responsible persons. Foster a culture of proactive safety awareness for all employees on shift.
2. Ensure shift operations are compliant with GMP and GDP requirements.
3. Support CAPAs, Customer Complaints, and quality alerts in a timely manner in conjunction with the Production Supervisor.
4. Participate in daily operations meetings, review production data and corrective actions to ensure shift targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Monitor employee time management and absenteeism levels closely.
6. Manage operators in the Moulding area along with the Production Manager & HR Department. Conduct monthly performance reviews with all operators.
7. Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices. Ensure all QA, HR, Safety, Environmental, and other key procedures are followed.
8. Support Engineers in new product introductions, validations, trials, work process, and product transfers.
9. Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the operations team to meet production targets for customer delivery, product quality, and cost, while ensuring a safe work environment.
