Director, Product Management - One View (Payments, Compliance & Receipting)
We are seeking a strategic, customer‑obsessed Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of UKG’s One View global payroll product pillar, focusing on Payments, Compliance & Receipting.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
* Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for One View’s payments and compliance & receipting capabilities.
* Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
* Partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and market analysts to validate product direction and ensure competitive differentiation.
Leadership & People Management
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer‑centricity.
* Align team goals with broader business objectives and ensure delivery against strategic priorities.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to influence and align product strategy across the organization.
Execution & Delivery
* Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and detailed functional specifications.
* Drive cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, QA, design, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
* Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
Customer & Market Engagement
* Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, representing UKG at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
* Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product innovation and compliance strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
* 8–10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a people management role.
* Demonstrated success in owning and delivering complex SaaS products, ideally in HR, payroll, financial, or regulatory compliance domains.
* Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
* Strong leadership and team development skills; proven ability to lead a product pillar through the full development lifecycle.
* Data‑driven mindset and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Exceptional communication skills, including facilitation of product design workshops, cross‑functional sessions, and confident engagement with executives, stakeholders, and customers.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken.
