Position: Fertility Care Coordinator

As a Fertility Care Coordinator, you’ll be the guiding light for patients navigating fertility treatments. You’ll provide support, education, and seamless coordination, ensuring a stress-free experience for every patient.
What You’ll Do:
1. Conduct virtual consultations and informative appointments
2. Guide patients through treatment options and financial plans
3. Schedule appointments and communicate test results
4. Offer emotional support and reassurance
5. Collaborate with medical teams to enhance patient care
6. Maintain patient records with the highest level of confidentiality
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
1. 2+ years of experience in patient coordination or administration role
2. Ability to explain medical and financial information clearly
3. A team player with a passion for patient care
4. Knowledge of IVF processes (a plus, but not required)
