Arbour Blooms is seeking a passionate and experienced Florist to join our friendly team. This role is based in the retail side of our business, where creativity, customer service, and a love for flowers come together every day.
About the Role:
* Full-time position available (part-time considered for the right candidate)
* Work closely with customers to create beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions
* Maintain a welcoming, inspiring retail environment
* Assist with daily shop operations, from preparing bouquets to merchandising
What We're Looking For:
* Previous floristry experience (essential)
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
* A creative eye and attention to detail
* Flexibility and reliability – must be available to work weekends
