Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a well-rounded role, offering a market leading salary and benefits package.
Key responsibilities: Driving business planning, growth strategies, and performance improvement.
Leading financial functions: budgets, reporting, capital raising, banking, and cashflow management.
Managing stakeholder relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and partners.
Building and developing high-performing teams across finance, HR, ICT, and operations.
Providing commercial oversight on contracts, property, and assets.
Ensuring compliance with H&S and company policies.
