Stand-Alone HR Executive (4 Day Working Week)Artemis Human Capital is proud to partner with a well-established, award-winning and rapidly growing hospitality group in the recruitment of a Stand-Alone HR Executive on a 4 day working week basis for their Limerick property.This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who is seeking a role that offers flexibility, 4 day working week and autonomy within a fast-paced hospitality environment.You will take full ownership of the HR function on-site whilst benefiting from the ongoing support and guidance from the Group HR Manager, Group HR Executive and wider HR team.What’s it in for you?Salary of €32,000-35,000dependent upon experienceFlexible working hours (32 Hours per week)Company pensionLife insuranceDiscounted accommodation rates across the groupEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)Free meals on shiftOngoing training, development and career progression opportunitiesWhat will you do as HR Executive?Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers across recruitment, performance management, training, employee engagement and HR best practiceLead all end-to-end recruitment activities including job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and onboardingProvide advisory support to managers on employee relations matters including disciplinaries and grievancesLiaise closely with the Accounts/Payroll team regarding new starters, pay changes and working hoursMaintain accurate HR records and update employee data using Microsoft Excel and company systemsMonitor and report on employee absence levelsEnsure HR administration and processes remain fully compliant with current employment legislationFull Job Description Available Upon RequestWhat will you need as a HR Executive?Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an HR roleHR qualification completed or currently in progressStrong experience in recruitment, employee relations and liaising with payrollProficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using HR systemsHow to Apply to this role?Send your updated CV tocaitlin@artemis-humancapital.com, contact Caitlin Scollan on+353 857 718 904, or connect directly with Caitlin on LinkedIn to have a confidential conversation.
