* Document Preparation: Create, amend, and prepare legal documents with precision and accuracy.
* Calendar Management: Schedule meetings and manage calendars efficiently to ensure seamless coordination.
* Financial Administration: Process signed-off bills with our Accounts department in a timely manner.
* Event Planning: Coordinate events and speaking engagements with attention to detail.
* Documentation and Correspondence: Administer documentation and correspondence with professionalism.
* Client Communication: Handle telephone queries with poise and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transaction Billing: Prepare Transaction bills to clients' specifications with accuracy.
* Travel Coordination: Plan travel arrangements for Partners and staff.
* Filing and Organization: Ensure electronic and hard-copy filing is up-to-date and organized.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
* Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Billing Process Experience: Proficiency in billing processes and procedures.
* Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Partners, staff, and clients.
* Pressurized Situations: Ability to work in pressurized situations while maintaining composure.
