We apply the highest standard of customer services to everything we do and aim to be industry leaders within all our services.Due to expansion, GAC Shipping Ireland are currently recruiting for a Ship Agent & Cargo Surveyor based in Dublin.A brief summary of the role and requirements are as follows :-Manage end to end vessel coordinationMaintain excellent customer and supplier relationsEffectively manage shipping documentation and customs declarationsEnsure compliance with customs, immigration and international maritime regulationsAct as the main point of contact between the vessel, port and stakeholdersCargo handling and logistics managementSurveyingSupporting crew changes, medical needs, and vessel suppliesConducting tank surveys and sample testingThe ideal candidate will have:2-4 years experience in ship agencyGood industry, customs and marine or shipping operations knowledgeCompetent user of Microsoft Office and OutlookExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsFull and clean driving licenseGAC Shipping Ireland is passionate about diversity and inclusion.
