Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly Management Accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Take full accountability for all tax and regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Understand and manage the end-to-end accounting process across the organization.
- Lead and mentor a small team of two to three part-qualified accountants, fostering their professional development.
- Support the integration of different teams within the company to streamline financial processes.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support the finance function and overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Professional accounting qualification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA.
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Experience working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to work.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
