We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client in the automotive industry
Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage the processing of invoices and credit notes.
· Manage the Debtors ledger and ensure timely collection.
· Manage all queries from Customers in relation to their accounts.
· Post bank receipts and payments to our ledger daily.
· Complete Bank reconciliations for bank accounts.
· Reconcile and post cash receipts for our dealership.
· Collaborate closely with different members of the finance team.
· Assist with the year-end audit.
· Cover various finance processes to cover annual leave.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have/be:
· Previous experience in an Accounts role is essential.
· Strong communication, time management and administration skills.
· Positive energy and attitude.
· Be efficient with a keen eye for detail.
· Adopt a hands-on approach and assist others when required.
· Good IT skills including - MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
· Experience and understanding of administration practices.
