Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in Dutch and have prior experience in customer-facing roles. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients across Europe.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and resolution
Key Requirements:
* Fluent in Dutch (oral and written)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Prior customer service experience an asset
* Proficient in MS Office programs
