Senior Business Tax Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Tax Manager to join our team. As a senior member of our tax practice, you will be responsible for developing and growing our tax services in Ireland.
Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality tax services to clients, developing the skills of your team members, and expanding our services as client needs evolve.
* Management and oversight of a team of qualified and part-qualified tax professionals, including performance management.
* Developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, potential clients, and senior leaders across various practice areas and office locations.
* Leading the delivery of high-quality, proactive services to client engagements in accordance with best practices, internal controls, and review processes.
* Maintaining progress, managing risk, and keeping stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes, including variances to expected budget and timelines.
* Promoting an innovative, inclusive team-oriented environment through coaching and mentoring junior team members.
* Serving as a technical expert and demonstrating a strong knowledge and application of tax principles and standards.
* Contributing to the growth and development of the tax practice through business development activities and achieving financial objectives, including new business targets and timely fee billing and cash collection.

Professional Qualifications and Education
You should hold:
* Professional Certification: CTA tax advisor and/or ACA/ACCA/CA with 2-3 years' relevant post-qualification experience.
* Tax Knowledge: Detailed working knowledge of Corporation Tax in Ireland and/or internationally, with a good understanding of other taxes in Ireland such as VAT, personal and employment taxation.
