KYC Analyst – Dublin – Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for KYC Analysts to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to support a large-scale customer screening project. The KYC Analyst will be part of our CLM business line and will be located in our Dublin offices, responsible for processing client files. The KYC Analyst will support our client’s screening team, reviewing PEP alerts and additional screening tasks within a fast-paced project environment. This role requires delivering high quality work within project deadlines and applying a consistent approach to KYC processes while adhering to regulatory requirements and client procedures.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct screening checks using third party tools to identify Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media in relation to the entities and related parties subject to screening policies and procedures.
* Perform detailed PEP reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Manage additional screening related tasks with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
* Sourcing data from approved public sources using the methods outlined in policies and procedures.
* Ensure key stakeholders are kept informed on progress or bottlenecks within the KYC review process.
Essential Skills/Experience
* Experience in AML/KYC due diligence roles.
* Domain knowledge of AML typologies / red flags.
* Knowledge of due diligence requirements on a broad range of entity types.
* Experience in handling and understanding large amounts of complex data.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and other departments.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, targeted environment against deadlines and SLAs.
* Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Desirable
* Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
* Familiarity with the end-to-end process for client onboarding and periodic reviews, including: due diligence on publicly and internally sourced information/documentation, Ownership Dilution, Screening (for PEPs, Sanctions, Adverse Media, High Risk Industries), and qualitative and quantitative risk assessments using gathered information.
* Experience conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk entity types.
* Experience working within a consultancy and/or service provider environment.
* Experience working within investment and corporate banking.

This is a fixed term contract / permanent full-time position in Dublin. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a service provider and consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office aligns to client policies and expectations and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. Some clients may require 4 or 5 days in the office, and candidates must be flexible to meet client demands.
