Medical Office Coordinator
Our company seeks a highly skilled and organized Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for patient administration and management support, scheduling patients and clinics.
You will serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, making a positive impression through exceptional communication skills. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for managers and be responsible for answering phones, screening, and redirecting calls as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of admin experience, preferably in a medical setting. Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sage, Data Entry, and Patient Management System Knowledge. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
