You will play a key role in translating customer needs and business challenges into competitive and high-quality solutions.Working closely with customers, the sales organization and internal stakeholders, you will identify new business opportunities and ensure excellence throughout the entire tender process.
**How you'll make an impact:*** Lead, coordinate and continuously develop the tendering and quotation process, ensuring quality, competitiveness and compliance.
* Manage and negotiate product and service contracts with external customers.
* Develop pre-sales and contracting strategies in close collaboration with sales, marketing and business management teams.
* Structure and contribute to proposals, contracts and bid documentation in line with business objectives.
* Negotiate contract terms, manage amendments and renegotiations to accommodate scope changes, and ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations.
* Set clear goals and objectives for team members, supporting their development and ensuring delivery of operational results.
* Ensure that policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by the team and relevant stakeholders.
**Your background*** Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Proven experience in a leadership role with people management responsibility or a clear team leader function.
* Driven, committed and service-minded professional who enjoys combining leadership with hands-on operational work.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
* At least 5 years of relevant experience within tendering, engineering, sales or a similar technical-commercial environment.
