**Job Title:** Contingent Workforce Recruiter Leader
Our business is looking for a skilled and experienced recruitment professional to lead our contingent workforce team. This role involves managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, coaching and supporting a team of recruiters, and ensuring seamless client fulfillment across various industries.
We require someone with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with 2-3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume or onsite models. Strong knowledge of employment standards and candidate compliance is essential. Excellent communication and reporting skills are also required. Additionally, proficiency in ATS or CRM platforms, such as JobAdder, is an advantage.
About the Role:
Manage and deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns
Lead and coach a team of recruiters through structured workflows and processes
Partner with clients to ensure full headcount fulfillment and timely reporting
Cycle through daily pipeline reviews, compliance checks, and onboarding activities
You Will Bring:
A degree in HR, Business, Recruitment, or a related discipline
2–3 years' experience in recruitment, ideally in high-volume or onsite models
Strong working knowledge of Irish employment standards and candidate compliance
Excellent communication, reporting, and client engagement skills
A process-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple roles and stakeholders
Proficiency with ATS or CRM platforms (JobAdder experience is a bonus)
