Key Responsibilities
Contract management of multiple projects in region as allocated by Regional Director
Deliver high quality snag free projects on time and to meet tender budget margin
Management of design build projects to meet client requirements as required
Manage, monitor and support site management team as required to meet programme, quality standards, budget and tender margin
Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times on all projects
Dispute resolution if required
Prepare Contractual claims if required
Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
IT Fluency and familiar with MS packages and MS Project (or similar scheduling packages).
