Main duties and responsibilities: To act as first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person.
To ensure the smooth running of the Leisure Centre during opening hours To assist the Leisure Centre Manager in the daily running of the centre.
To supervise the pool and ensuring pool area is clean and tidy for patrons.
To carry out general cleaning duties.
To perform fitness assessments and create fitness programs accordingly.
To conduct fitness or/and swimming lessons To carry out pool tests To administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer About The Role Requirements: Fluent English and excellent communication skills Flexibility in working hours as role includes shifts in the morning/evening & weekends Current Pool/ life guard certification and First Aid is essential for this role NCEF qualification or the equivalent is beneficial Swim teachers or Fitness instructor qualification is beneficial Ability to work as part of a team and a desire to progress in your career.
Minimum 1 year experience in the Leisure Industry desirable.
