The Role The Human Resource Manager role reporting to the Contracts Managers & Directors will be based in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years Human Resource Management experience ideally with experience working the Construction Industry and will involve managing the full spectrum of Human Resource activities and supporting the ongoing growth & development of Niaron. The duties of the Human Resource Manager will include: Oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance Collaborate with senior leadership to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and talent development Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit Support workforce planning and talent management within a technical environment Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager, preferably in the construction industry. Knowledge of employment law and HR practices Strong communication skills and excellent general and people management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluent written & verbal English & good communication skills.
