At our organisation, we are seeking a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team. As a full cycle recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions from briefing through to offer acceptance.
About the Job
* Manage the entire recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
* Lead hiring efforts for our technical teams, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across EMEA.
* Source top technical talent using creative techniques and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify potential candidates.
* Help shape our recruitment process and implement new initiatives to raise the bar for how we hire technical talent.
* Promote our company as an employer of choice within the tech community, highlighting our culture, values, and growth journey.
Key Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience recruiting for technical roles in an in-house environment.
* Experience working in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up company.
* Strong understanding of the tech talent market, with a focus on EMEA-wide hiring.
* Strong network of technical candidates across engineering, product design, and data science.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, experienced acting as a consultative business partner.
