Main Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise. Always ensure that customer satisfaction is the number one priority by greeting each customer as if it's their first visit to the store and consistently deliver an exceptional service by displaying I-CARE customer service excellence behaviours; At checkout ensure all transactions are dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner; Actively manage queues in our busy, fast paced city centre store. This is a full time Monday - Friday position.
Relevant Skills/Experience:
· Excellent communication skills;
· Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs;
· Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible;
· Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
· Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
