* Design and implement future operation and maintenance solutions for customers
* Liaise with customers' CTOs and technical experts to promote innovative products and ensure project success
Requirements:
* PhD/MSc/BSc in Computer Science or related field
* Over 10 years of experience in solution design and project delivery
* Deep understanding of O&M and business workflow
* Insight into transitioning from CT to ICT
* Strong analytical and communication skills
