Rotating 4-day week (Monday to Saturday) with rotating AM/PM weekly shift pattern.AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:15 PMPM Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:00 AMResponsibilitiesOversee and monitor production processes to ensure ranges are fully operational and running to scheduleLead a team of operational staff within the production unitAllocate resources to manufacturing schedules and prioritize work flow for efficient operationEnsure timely and accurate reporting of production dataWork with other departments such as Maintenance, NPD and Quality to ensure seamless processesImplement and monitor all hygiene and food safety requirementsTrain, develop and motivate the team to ensure delivery of optimal performanceRequirementsProven experience as an Area Leader/Supervisor within food production industry Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP guidelines and procedures Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills BenefitsWhat can we offer you?
