Your passion for bikes combined with technical skills will lead you to success in this role. You will be delivering market-leading standards of cycle service and repair, working on kids, adult, premium, performance, and electric cycles.
You will help customers find and maintain their dream bike, providing excellent customer service and developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
As a Cycle Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out service and repair work on a range of cycles
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
* Sharing expertise with other colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge
* Working towards sales targets and achieving results
