* Minimum 4 years' experience in compliance or legal roles within financial services or asset management
* Direct expereince with UK and/or US regulatory frameworks
* Experience in AML/KYC oversight and policy drafting
* Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and across teams
Role and Reporting Lines
This position reports to the Global Head of Compliance and forms part of a close-knit team across key global locations.
* Regulatory Compliance – Provide support on UK and US regulatory matters
* Monitoring – Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Programme
* Investor Support – Coordinate due diligence and investor documentation
* Policy & Procedure – Draft and update internal compliance policies
* AML/KYC – Conduct reviews related to transactions and investments
* Training – Deliver regular compliance updates and training sessions
* Regulatory Engagement – Liaise with regulators and manage audit requests
* Team Collaboration – Work closely with compliance colleagues across jurisdictions
