* Provide second-line technical support for end users (onsite and remote).
* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to:
* Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
* Windows desktop & server environments
* Printers, networking, VPNs, and mobile devices
* Firewalls, routers, switches (basic network troubleshooting)
* Support cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, M365 Admin Center).
* Manage and resolve tickets via the service desk system (within SLAs).
* Escalate complex issues to Level 3 or vendors when necessary.
* Perform regular maintenance, patches, and updates.
* Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
* Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes (user accounts, devices, access).
* Contribute to small-scale project work (e.g., migrations, upgrades).
* Work with monitoring tools to proactively resolve system alerts.
