Your New Role as a Site Leader
* You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects.
* You will be the on-site leader, responsible for coordinating trades, managing site activities, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Experience of supervising groundworks, structures, and envelope activities.
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
* Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and material usage.
* Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Foreman/Section Foreman in Construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
