Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to ensure smooth front desk operations at our Dublin 2 office. This role is within a food and beverage manufacturing company.
Details:

* End Date: 8th August
* Duration: Minimum of 4 weeks
* Pay: €15 per hour
Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors and manage front desk duties.
2. Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
3. Handle email correspondence and schedule appointments.
4. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
5. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
