Specialist, Warehouse, Cryogenics & LogisticsPermanent position responsible for all aspects of warehouse, cryogenics, and logistics operations for the Cruiserath Biologics site.Site ExpectationSite‑essential: requires 100% onsite presence at the assigned facility.ResponsibilitiesExecute warehouse tasks including receiving, aseptic sampling, raw material storage, and BDS storage/shipment and ensure compliance with regulations.Perform quality inspection of incoming consumables and GMP sampling of raw materials in ISO7 (GradeC) area.Supply the manufacturing area with required materials in a timely manner to support the manufacturing schedule and internal customer service.Transfer materials and consumables from WCL to Just In Time (JIT) area and stock JIT accordingly.Contribute to the creation of SOPs for the warehouse, cryogenics and JIT stocking functions.Support CQV work and user acceptance testing for SAP projects.Contribute to process improvements in warehouse, cryogenics, logistics and JIT stocking processes.Perform cycle counting for inventory in WCL locations.Develop SOPs, investigations, CAPAs and change controls related to materials management.Keep material management areas inspection‑ready for regulatory audits.Promote a safety culture, report safety concerns, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain emergency procedure awareness.Participate in cross‑functional teams and projects to improve safety, quality, compliance, and performance.Maintain high housekeeping standards and audit‑ready state.Support continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with colleagues.BenefitsCompetitive salary and annual bonusPension contributionFamily medical allowance27 days of annual leaveLife assuranceOn‑site gymEEO StatementBristolMyersSquibb is an equal‑opportunity employer.
