About The Team
As a Sales Development Associate (SDA) at Stripe, you will drive Stripe’s future growth engine by working with Demand Gen and the Account Executive team to qualify leads and collaboratively build Stripe’s sales pipeline. You are engaged with prospects to better qualify needs, identify high‑value opportunities, support early sales funnel activities, and contribute to demand generation.
Responsibilities
 * Research and create outreach materials for high‑value prospects, in partnership with SDRs and AEs.
 * Follow up with marketing‑generated leads to qualify sales opportunities and move solid leads through the funnel.
 * Execute outbound sales plays created by marketing.
 * Initiate contact with potential customers through cold‑calling or responding to marketing inquiries.
 * Develop relationships with prospects, uncover needs through effective questioning, and prepare hand‑offs to sales.
 * Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sales opportunity.
 * Work through lead list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM, and support weekly reporting efforts.
 * Collaborate with Marketing, providing feedback and insights to improve targeting and messaging.
Minimum Requirements
 * A track record of top performance or prior success.
 * Superior verbal and written communication skills.
 * Self‑starter able to operate in a hyper‑growth environment.
 * In‑office participation three (3) days per week in our Dublin office.
In‑Office Expectations
This role requires an in‑office presence at our Dublin, Ireland office at least 3 days per week (50% of time). Flexibility may vary by role, team, and location.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in Dublin is €56,000 – €84,000, inclusive of base salary and on‑target earnings. Benefits include equity, company bonus or sales commissions, retirement plans, health, and wellness stipends.
