We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our HRBP team. As the strategic partner for EMEA Region business units,
you will drive talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations initiatives.
You will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that enhance business capabilities.
Responsibilities:

Quality,
Delivery,
cost,culture,and VOS priorities.
p>• Talent Management: Lead regional implementation of global talent programs including performance
mangement,succesion planning,& leadership development.
p>• Employee Relations& Culture: Oversee complex ER matters ensuring fair,responsive resolutions across multiple countries.Design
