We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our jewellery counter.
Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of 10+ sales professionals to achieve sales and service goals.
* Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and customer-focused environment.
* Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
* Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction reflects LYNOTT Jewellery’s luxury brand ethos.
* Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
* Monitor and enhance the customer journey to meet and exceed expectations.
* Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and merchandise is presented to brand standards.
* Prepare sales reports and performance analyses to present to senior management.
* Sales Performance: Drive sales targets by implementing strategies to enhance team performance and individual contribution.
* Monitor KPIs and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
* Maintain a strong understanding of luxury jewellery trends and products to support the team in driving sales.
* Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold and promote LYNOTT Jewellery’s luxury brand image and values.
* Represent the brand in interactions with customers, colleagues, and partners.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a retail environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people in a fast-paced retail setting.
* Prior experience in luxury retail is essential, preferably within the jewellery or accessories sector.
* Skills: Strong leadership and people management abilities.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
* Availability: Full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, primarily during weekdays.
* Knowledge: Understanding of jewellery products and the luxury retail market is highly advantageous.
