Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead the construction of a new multi-unit structural steel frame and cladding package in Ireland.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 3 years of project management experience. They will be responsible for leading the project team, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that the project is delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within expected parameters.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be familiar with current Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, as well as Construction Contracts and Subcontract terms and conditions.
The role will involve attending site meetings, chairing design and construction meetings, and implementing risk management processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, including the general public and surrounding neighbours, and working within established company policies and procedures.
