Overview
Bus Éireann, Ireland's leading public transport provider, is seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Administrator to become a key member of our team.
This role will be a pivotal part of the HR team, providing high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery across the region.
This role will involve coordinating recruitment activities, managing employee records, supporting HR projects, and acting as a key point of contact for both employees and management.
Reporting Directly to the South HR Manager with a minimum of three days per week in the office, the candidate will be highly organised, detail oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong administration, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The candidate must demonstrate professionalism, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
