Our maintenance department plays a vital role in the ongoing care of our property, supporting both operational excellence and preservation of this iconic landmark.We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Person to join our team in Cashel.ResponsibilitiesCarry out repairs and maintenance tasks across all departments, general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVACAddressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently using the hotel’s Maintenance App.Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks across all Cashel Palace Hotel OutletsWorking 5 over 7 days (Monday to Sunday) 8.00am to 4.30pm or 10.30am to 7pmWeekend Work will apply on rotation basis.Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe well organised working environmentMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performedQualificationsPrevious experience in Hotel or Hospitality Maintenance a distinct advantage.Minimum of 2 / 3 years' relevant experience in a similar maintenance role.Relevant trade qualifications & knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.A team player with a positive and professional attitude.Greatemployeebenefits as part of theoverall package.
