Your Role We're recruiting for an experienced Lead Architectural Technologist to join a dynamic design team in a senior capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the architectural design and technical delivery of complex projects from concept to completion.
You'll be responsible for building control submissions, fire regulation compliance, and integrating both historic and modern construction methods.
The role demands strong technical expertise in building thermal performance, U-value assessments, and material specification, particularly cladding systems.
You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams, using advanced design tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to produce coordinated, build-ready solutions.
Criteria Essential Minimum 5 years' experience in architectural technology, with proven leadership in design delivery.
Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related discipline.
Strong understanding of building control and fire regulation compliance.
Experience with historic construction techniques and retrofit projects.
Proficiency in thermal performance analysis and U-value calculations.
Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills Desirable CIAT accreditation or equivalent professional membership.
Knowledge of UK & ROI Building Regulations and conservation best practices.
Portfolio of successful projects in both heritage and modern contexts.
