The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be leading the front of house team who are the first point of contact for visitors at the clinic and would also have an interest in learning about animal care with the goal of progressing their career.
Responsibilities
Welcoming clients and patients with a smile
Managing bookings for both general practice and referral appointments
Supporting our vets and nurses with smooth daily operations
Keeping things organised and running like clockwork
Answer and direct phone calls.
Schedule appointments.
Checking in patients.
Collecting payments.
Maintain records as necessary .
Manage the receptionist area and assist with admin tasks as needed.
Undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer care skills – warm, patient, and always ready to help
Great IT skills – comfortable navigating booking systems, emails, and databases
A quick learner with excellent attention to detail
Calm and collected under pressure, with a positive and proactive attitude
High school diploma or relevant work experience.
3 or more years of front of house experience.
