We are seeking a senior manager to lead our client’s regulatory reporting efforts in Ireland.
About the Role:
* Lead a team responsible for producing timely, accurate, and complete regulatory submissions across prudential, transaction, and disclosure requirements.
* Oversee the submission of all prudential returns to the Central Bank of Ireland, including COREP, FINREP, LCR, NSFR, resolution reporting, and ad hoc regulatory deliverables.
* Maintain ongoing compliance with shareholder disclosure regulations, including short selling and takeover requirements.
* Own and monitor the outsourced regulatory reporting service agreement, ensuring service quality and operational continuity.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in regulatory reporting within financial services, with prior experience as a senior or deputy lead within a regulatory reporting function.
This strategic leadership role requires a minimum of 8 years’ experience in regulatory reporting, along with a third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Proven experience dealing with regulatory bodies, particularly the Central Bank of Ireland, is also required.
We are looking for a skilled leader who can coach and mentor the Regulatory Reporting team, overseeing performance objectives, training plans, and professional development. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and implementing automation initiatives and continuous process improvements, including the development of centralised data depositories and reporting enhancements.
